Sit Fit Exercise Class
Exercise is a great way to maintain your health through recovery, rehabilitation and the rest of your life. Exercise can keep you fit and healthy – physically and mentally – to reduce the chance of another stroke and to improve your quality of life. Sit Fit is a new addition to our programme. - This activity is open to all Cork Stroke Support members.

- All group activities are subsidised by Cork Stroke Support. We are asking for a €3 donation from all participants where possible to help us provide refreshments.
- Please do not attend the centre if you have symptoms of Covid 19.
