Cork Stroke Support and Apex Nutrition have teamed up to provide members with a nutrition workshop. The workshop will include an information session on eating healthy, setting realistic goals and how best to achieve them, recipes and weekly weigh in’s. This workshop is subsidised by Cork Stroke Support. Members can sign up for the reduced fee of €40 each.
