Are you interested in keeping your memory healthy? ‘Minding My Memory After Stroke’, is a 4 week course taking place each Tuesday from the 9th of April 10.30am-12pm. It will be informal, informative and fun and will include tips and strategies for stress management and improving lifestyle and wellbeing. This course will be facilitated by Martina Agar, Occupational Therapist, with specialist knowledge and experience in the area of memory and stroke. The course will be supported by CSS nurse.

• This group activity is open to members of Cork Stroke Support.

• All group activities are subsidised by Cork Stroke Support. We are asking for a €3 donation from all participants to help us provide refreshments.
