Knit and Natter with Margaret Murphy
Knitting helps people who have had a stroke to regain strength and coordination in their hands and fingers. It also helps them to focus on something other than the disability that they may have. This is because knitting requires a lot of concentration on the stitches, needles, and colours as well as the pattern.
