Information Session with Irish Heart Foundation on services for people of working age.
STROKE SURVIVORS OF WORKING AGE are invited to attend the Cork Stroke Support (CSS) Centre on November 10th at 2pm. Ms Helena Heffernan, will be present to speak about Irish Heart Foundation resources for young stroke survivors.
The session will be co-facilitated by Dr Mary J. Foley, who will use this discussion forum to inform Cork Stroke Support services and how best the needs of this population can be addressed.
- This group activity is open to members of Cork Stroke Support.
- All group activities are subsidised by Cork Stroke Support. We are asking for a €3 donation from all participants to help us provide refreshments.
- Please do not attend the centre if you have any symptoms of Covid 19.
