Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a great way for people with limited mobility to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga. Staying seated means that even frail people or those who aren’t flexible can safely do the exercises. Yoga is an excellent way for people to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
- This group activity is open to members of Cork Stroke Support.
- All group activities are subsidised by Cork Stroke Support. We are asking for a €3 donation from all participants where possible to help us provide refreshments.
- Please do not attend the centre if you have symptoms of Covid 19.
