Our gym course is available to members who have already completed the stroke day programme and who have been assessed by our physiotherapist.  Groups of 10 will undertake an 8 week programme with our gym instructor Adam. He will tailor these sessions to each individual and encourage members to continue to exercise following the completion of the course. Pre-booking is required.
